The seven chesrishable hours of school for a teacher are the blissful moments of her life.

She is the one who stands before the students and handles them with different personalities, attitudes and nationalities, keeping them united amidst their differences. It’s a big challenge for her by making them learn the scholastic and pre scholastic skills and be apart of their life to mould them as a good and responsible citizen of this society by inculcating moral values in them.

“Teachers are the architects of this society.”

They are the creators of this world by creating different professionals who evoke their due respect in this society. But are they given their deserved respect? Are they being esteemed for their work? At all times teachers have been made scapegoats, blamed for the pupils’ lack of progress or failure to achieve better grades.

Is it only the school’s and the teachers’ responsibility to mould the child? No! The parents are also equally responsible for the values to be inculcated in the child. Parents, being the first teacher to the child shouldn’t overshadow the child’s mind towards the teacher. They should furnish the child with a scaffold by creating a positive attitude and respect towards the teacher by saying that the school is the further platform for you to mould yourself as a respectable human being in the society. In today’s world the employed parents with their limited hours at home are unable to spend much time with their kids. The use of social media by the student must be limited. There should be regular monitoring of the child as what’s happening at school, taught in the school and what is to be taken to school the next day, when the parents keep themselves informed about such details on a regular basis, they would consequently be well prepared in planning out their child’s study schedule at home. Then comes the role of teacher as an emotional analyst who promotes students to have self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation and encourages social skills by empathizing with others which are the five key elements of emotional intelligence. Thus, teachers and parents are the two major contributors to the positive growth and development of the student where the unquestionable key factor is reciprocal communication. Trust and mutual understanding between parent and teacher are the real secret of the child’s happy learning. As the child grows and hones himself in different skills, the teacher becomes a real guide in nurturing his interest and learning to make him more successful and independent.

Telling a teenager, the facts of life is like giving a fish a bath

                                                          – ARNOLD H. GLASOW

What’s the life of a teenager?

The period of adolescence nestled between childhood and adulthood is teen age. The baby stage or buds as they are called, finally start to bloom and get in their full grown, beautiful flowers. The whole process makes them so energetic that at times they don’t remember what they are doing. They are so energetic that they want success all times at the same time they get attracted to new things, characters and white wash themselves by keeping those images in their subconscious mind. Finally, they like to have an independent life by becoming very choosy in food, dressing and upgrade themselves by latest trends. Presently the world is run by technology hence they are not too untouched by the digital temptations that surround them. Parents feel triggered, as their child is becoming a stranger. They do not seem to have time to sit with their parents to share their vision and their affection. Coming to school life they like to enjoy in groups and have a chit chat, Tom and Jerry fights and prepare for the exams by regular study. As soon as teacher enters the class they will be like bee on a flower and after the period gets over, they will be like bees out of their hive. They portray themselves as they are grown up and forget to follow their accountable qualities and values. So, my dear teenagers though you are grown up try to have your life as bowl of cereal and try to accept the responsibilities by having control on your emotions, open communication with your parents, build self-confidence, truthful to your friends and by being obedient to your teachers. The few who follow these life skills will be able to thrive their life.

Follow me on Instagram: A new series

Even games like PUBG has made a giant web of players where they even start dating each other. Still, Instagram has its own way of entertaining as well as connecting singles who are always ready to mingle.

Once upon a time on Insta

Followers knock on the door of my id and I again start feeling my importance on virtual world. But this time someone special talented was sitting and staring continuously. I was amazed to see a body full of muscular lumps on hand or chest even at the back on his public account. He seems to be a model I feel! Oh My God! So attractive! can it happen? Someone sent a message……………………..

HEY YA!😘😘😘😘😘😘

@rayanmittal……ALLOW OR DECLINE🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

This is an appetizer, first think and then only accept. Talking to herself and discussing in her own.  But I want him in my chat box!

Ufff! This is my choice. Now I can’t wait for a moment now. Yes,  I am so beautiful. you are also a macho man. Can he be mine?????????

Such a dilemma! and finally thinking to accept. Again her inner soul insists not to do so. Lets wait for a day or two.  After two days again his message

Now I wanted to feel his whisper in my ears saying I love your style and wanna tell you something. How can I do this to him? Shame on me!!!!!! Such a nice guy in my box. Let’s accept the messaging request at least. And our excited Suhana allows him to enter her life through the chat box.

Our Suhana is a beautiful, slim and fair girl with long hair touching her knees. Stylish girl of Delhi working in an IT company. Seems to be a fresher just completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Jaipur. Sharp nose, black-eyed and always kajrari aankhe Generally, boys used to get attracted towards her and she used to decline the entries.  But this time turning 25, her birthday just gone on 1st November, wanted to marry also and even no boyfriend in her life was troubling her. Going through a tough time, she thought trying this tough man perfectly seems suitable.

This time I will not leave golden opportunity of mingling with such a handsome man. And she replied……………….

Reading the lines, Suhana was getting excited to see the person live. But unfortunately, she had to stop herself and wait for the right time. His pictures had proved that he is a dashing personality. First, let me see his writing pattern, language, his respect towards girls and a big checklist of expectations.

About Her
Ruchika Dubey, Worked in Qatar as an HR Administrator but left the job to enjoy motherhood. Got married and moved to the Middle East in the year 2006. 1980 born and brought up in Indore now popular as the Smart and No.1 city in Swachhta Bharat Abhiyan constantly for 2 years . Her education is from her native city. Her schooling is from St.Raphael’s Girls Convent School. Her Graduation is from Holkar Science College and MBA in Marketing from SVIM, Indore. Worked with Ranbaxy Laboratories & Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Marketing Executive for 2 years. PG Diploma in HRD.
I love and miss Indore as I spent half of my life there. I miss my childhood days with my parents, relatives & friends most.
How and when did you get started as a writer?
Growing up I hated reading. I did all I could to avoid books. I always feel sleepy while reading books. Before I was an HR Professional. But being a homemaker and a mother of two kids I always gave priority to give proper care to my kids. I left my job. In my free time, I always surf the internet. Last year, one day I saw one post on Facebook to share our Story on “Life in Qatar”. Being a long time resident of Qatar, I wrote all about Qatar & my love for Qatar. When I posted & it got published I was overwhelmed. Then my writing journey started. I started posting blogs about places in Qatar. When all my friends and other people appreciated me I started writing more. Then I approached to the editor of Society Magazine in Qatar. He gave me the opportunity to submit my articles. This is how I developed a passion for writing.
How do you usually find your ideas?
Love for Qatar as my first home made me write about Qatar. I believe where we live is always our first home. I always miss my birth place, Indore. So living in Qatar and exploring different beautiful places in Qatar made me write about Qatar in my blogs. Everywhere there are ample talented people. I started interviewing people who directly or indirectly are contributing to our society in a positive way.
Did you ever get any rejections?
Rejections are for well-being of a Budding writer. Yes, I get rejections sometimes but that makes us improve our writing skills.
If yes, how did you react to them?
I react to them in a positive way. I try to edit them or frame it again. Rejections are for accepting our mistakes and rectifying them.
Tell us about your blogs. What was your first one?
Qatar is a small, peaceful and nice place to live. Presently I am writing blogs about places in Qatar to promote tourism.
Now tell us about your first article.
My first Article came in local family Magazine in Qatar. While writing my blog about Mangroves in Qatar, I read about a 16-year-old girl Lina from Qatar who started Non-Profit Organization to save Mangroves. It inspired me that how a girl is passionate to save nature. I thought to interview Lina and let others read my article so as to motivate everyone to love nature.
What inspired you to write about People in Qatar?
There are many people who are having so many talents. But they don’t get the platform to tell the world or come in limelight. I make articles on them and when they see their articles for the first time in the magazine, their smile makes me feel awesome.
How long did it take you to write it?
It takes weeks to explore an individual and write about them.
What are the major challenges that you have faced in your career?
There are many major challenges I think most women writers face. For me, I get impatient sometimes wondering if my article is good enough. If my writing is good enough, then once I sell my article and it is published I worry that how readers will respond. I am married with two children. As I need peace to write my blogs and articles, I manage to write when no one is at home. When my kids are at school I try to finish my assignments every morning. I teach creative writing classes a few times a year and give public speaking classes sometimes. Once my articles are finished I get impatient about the publishing time.I write because I love to make stories. If it get published, I feel on top of the world.
What do you advise new writers to do?
There is a saying “I just knew there were stories I wanted to tell”. So my fellow writers search for the stories. You will get ample of stories among yourself or in our community. Our role is to broaden our perspective and express them. We should express and explore. Please follow
The ability to write i.e. as a writer we need to put our ideas clearly and in unique way.
The ability to think of a story with some people, thing or place.
The ability to influence our readers with our stories is a great achievement.
